Reading is Wild!

This week wraps up our 10th Annual Reading is Wild Program.  After our 1 week extension due to school cancellations, our schools have shown us what they are capable of.  With a total goal set for the participating schools of 45,000 books, our schools have read 60,402 books.

This is an amazing accomplishment for them and a milestone for the program.  We hope this sets the trend for our Reading is Wild school participation in future years.  We want to take the time to thank the participating schools, their teachers and the parents for being so supportive of the program.  As well, we want to thank long time sponsor RBC, the Greater Moncton Literacy Advisory Board and a new partner for Reading is Wild, the Times & Transcript for their support as well as our media partners.
