IF BEING THE BEST IS YOUR DREAM, IT CAN BE ACHIEVED WITH THE MONCTON WILDCATS.Memorial Cup

Few teams in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League can boast of 44 players being drafted by NHL teams. Eighteen of those players became members of various National Hockey League teams. That is the outstanding record of the Moncton Wildcats.

Robert K. Irving is a passionate, committed owner who has experienced success in every aspect of his business. His goal is to have the Wildcats crowned Memorial Cup champions and finishing in the runner-up position in 2006 only increased his desire to make his team the best in Canada. Mr. Irving’s dream will soon become reality.

In 2006-2007, the rebuilding Wildcats finished with 85 points; the fifth consecutive season they have reached the 80 point plateau. The team far exceeded expectations with its third place finish in the Eastern Division of the “Q” and fourth place position in overall League standings.

Led by experienced Head Coach Danny Flynn, the Moncton franchise is poised to be a dominant team in Canadian Major Junior Hockey in the coming years.

For young hockey players who dream of success, the Moncton Wildcats are the team that will allow that dream to become reality. As a member of the Wildcats you will become part of an organization that knows “how to train,” “how to learn”, and “how to win.”
