Notes:
2005-06: The off-season brought another change of scenery for Dupuis. He was invited to the Blue Jackets training camp, and netted a goal in a pre-season contest before sustaining a concussion. As a result, Dupuis was sent back to the QMJHL for another season, this time with the Moncton Wildcats and a chance to play under the tutelage of former Buffalo Sabres head coach Ted Nolan. Philippe Dupuis has asserted himself as one of the better forward prospects in the QMJHL.
Dupuis has assumed a role in 2005-06 as a steady veteran presence on a young Moncton squad, and has seen an abundance of playing time with fellow Blue Jacket prospect Adam Pineault (Columbus’ second-round pick in the 2004 draft).
As Columbus expected when they made him their fifth selection in the 2003 entry draft, Dupuis has continued to develop into a reliable scoring center over the past two seasons.
Dupuis played his first NHL game December 12, 2008 with Colorado Avalanche against Chicago Blackhawks
